飯田 高明(いいだ たかあき)先生は、東進ハイスクール生物科講師。

2008年度より在籍。広島大学教育学部教科教育学科出身。2018年度から田部先生に代わり東大特進コースで生物を担当する。東大本番レベル模試も田部先生から代わったらしい。
電子パネルをフル活用した授業を行い、モデル化する必要があれば直接パネルか黒板にて図示する(図は正確だが、絵は…)。書画カメラよりは個人的に緊張感があってよい。目線が合うからなのだろうか？(見たところライブでは黒板のみを用いている）動画では、スタッフさんを登場させることが多い。東進公式HPの講師紹介動画で登場する頭蓋骨は「収録前にスタッフさんがくれたんですよ」(HPの動画ではそう語るシーンがカットされているが)。
呼吸商の公式を独特な方法で紹介する。
難関生物では尾瀬国立公園や登山中において確認した生物の生態を写真で紹介したり、肥満、低体温症、違法薬物、毒キノコの分類の怖さを語る場面がある。理学畑の出身であり大学院で藻を専攻していた。専門は植物である。
2018年1月からInstagramを始めている。茨城県立自然博物館、硫黄山、群馬天文台、三笠市立博物館、旭川市博物館、千歳水族館などに足を運んでおり、普段から生物に関心をもって日々を送る師の姿が確認できる。投稿から察するに千葉県民であり、ロッテファンのようだ。
